           The Tyburn Swingers

The Tyburn Swingers have been together in
one form or another for ten years and came
about as a need to play repertoire that was
simply not being presented to the jazz
public. Their music is swinging and the
                                                                             camaraderie between players is heart
                                                                                                                                               warming with delightful musical banter.
Their line up now includes Colin Jones on
trumpet and flugel horn, premier pianist Ken
Bennett, John Woodards on drums and John
Edwards on acoustic bass. All now are long term
                                                                                                                                               residents on the Gold Coast.
